For the fastest response, users who can successfully access the application should use the built-in support channel. Open the Settings menu inside the Palmariana app and tap 'Support Form' to submit a ticket directly to our team.

If you cannot access the app, are experiencing crashes on launch, or need to request account deletion or report content abuse, please use the form below or contact us at appsupport@palmarianchurch.org.

To report abusive users or objectionable content, you may also email us directly. All reports are reviewed and acted upon within 24 hours.
